Starting in March 2024, Cannavita Dispensary's Gallery Nights have become a weekly celebration of creativity and community, with an opening night every Friday from 6 PM to 11 PM. Each exhibition opens with a lively kickoff event, setting the stage for an evening filled with art, music, and conversation. But the impact doesn’t end there—the show remains open throughout the week, allowing visitors a full seven days to explore, appreciate, and absorb the talents of Queens' artistic voices.

Since its inception, Cannavita Dispensary's Gallery Nights has hosted over 42 exhibitions, drawing in a steady crowd of enthusiasts and supporters. Each opening night fills the gallery with an atmosphere that’s both electric and welcoming. The exhibitions showcase a diverse range of works, from bold mixed media and delicate sculptures to intricate illustrations and thought-provoking installations. Guests can expect a rotating selection of art that reflects the dynamism of the local creative community, with each week offering something new and unexpected.


Live DJ, live music including a violist and even a live musical performance, further enriches the opening night experience, fostering a multisensory celebration of the arts. The soundtrack to each Friday evening changes from week to week, with performances that range from soulful jazz and upbeat pop to ambient electronic. This musical accompaniment complements the artwork on display, creating a unified experience that lingers in the minds of attendees long after they leave.

The founder of ovono agency comes from an arts background and having worked with galleries in Manhattan, It was the perfect match to build incredible partnership. Ovono even offers Artists to promote themselves with articles and publications, as well as offering them a chance to showcase their work in our exhibits.

Ralph Burrows


In recent years, Ralph Burrows has made significant strides in his artistic journey by participating in a variety of exhibitions and shows. One of the most notable of these was the prestigious Cannavita Dispensary's Gallery Night, curated by the renowned Ovono Agency. Dani Brews


Though Dani has yet to collaborate with other artists, she is open to the idea and draws inspiration from the works of visionary creators like Miyazaki, Dali, and Jean-Michel Basquiat. Though relatively new to the art scene, Vasquez has already made an impact, showcasing her work at Detox Gallery, Awita New York Gallery, and art gallery of Cannavita Dispensary. Ian Actual


Ian Actual, a dynamic artist based in Queens, NY, showcased his creative ingenuity at Cannavita Dispensary's Gallery Show in 2024. With a style that seamlessly merges urban street art's raw vibrancy with the refined essence of suburban contemporary, Ian crafts visual narratives that resonate on both personal and universal levels. ALEXEY KISLOV


Alexey Kislov, a self-taught artist born in Magnitogorsk, Russia, blends cultural influences from his global travels into his work. Known for popularizing graffiti culture in new regions, he has organized numerous festivals bringing together artists worldwide. His art, inspired by Gnostic ideals and Jungian archetypes, explores dualities like life and death, materialism and spirituality. Blending classical iconography with neomodernism, Alexey uses oil paints and aerosol to evoke deep emotional and intellectual responses. Recently, Alexey participated in Cannavita Dispensary's Gallery Night in a group show, continuing to make his mark in the contemporary art world.



Cristina Lynn Acevedo


Cristina Lynn Acevedo has been a recurring contributor to Cannavita Dispensary’s Gallery Night, including the Halloween Special Exhibition on October 25th. Her work, which blends Taino legends, Christian iconography, and mysticism, consistently captivates audiences with its depth and allegorical power. Featuring characters like Atabey, Guabancex, and La Vejiccubus, Acevedo’s pieces explore themes of duality, spirituality, and the human condition. Her continued participation highlights her commitment to sharing her unique artistic vision with the community.



Aprajita Lal
