On Friday, April 25th, G23NY and First City Project brought the energy and creativity of New York City to Glen Cove with The Art House, a dynamic group exhibition. Hosted at 149 Glen Street, the opening reception drew a crowd of art lovers, collectors, and creatives eager to experience a powerful showcase of contemporary talent.

The exhibition featured an impressive roster of artists, including SMETSKY, Melody Angeles, Fridge, JulesCL, Lotec, Ferris Wheel, Jay Billy, Alexey Vandal, Storm Ritter, Ian Actual, Paul Gerben, Ross Pino, and Tori. Each artist brought their own bold perspective, offering a vibrant mix of painting, street art, mixed media, and sculpture that captured the spirit of NYC’s ever-evolving art scene.

At the heart of G23NY are partners Melody Angeles and SMETSKY, whose shared vision and passion for pushing creative boundaries helped bring this project to life. Their collaboration sets the tone for G23NY’s future — uniting emerging and established talents under one dynamic platform.

Throughout the evening, The Art House buzzed with conversation, inspiration, and community energy. Guests had the opportunity to meet the artists, explore diverse styles and techniques, and celebrate the shared passion for creativity that transcends city boundaries.

With G23NY and First City Project leading the charge, The Art House proved that Glen Cove is ready to embrace the raw, authentic spirit of New York City’s art world — and this is only the beginning.
