Return & Refund Policy

At Ovono Agency, we take great pride in offering authentic, original artwork created by talented artists. Because every painting we sell is a unique, one-of-a-kind piece, we encourage customers to review all product details carefully before placing an order.

By purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Return & Refund Policy.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the unique nature of original artwork, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Change of mind

• Personal preference

• Incorrect selection

• Color variations caused by monitor or device settings

• Buyer's remorse

Please read the artwork description, dimensions, and product details carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your artwork arrives damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong artwork, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us process your request, please provide:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the damaged artwork

• Photographs of the shipping box and packaging

• Photographs of the shipping label

Failure to report damage within 48 hours may affect your eligibility for a replacement or refund.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements may be approved only if:

• The artwork was damaged during shipping.

• You received an incorrect item.

• The artwork significantly differs from the product description.

All claims are reviewed individually.

If your claim is approved, we may, at our discretion:

• Replace the artwork (if available)

• Offer store credit

• Issue a full or partial refund to the original payment method

4. Return Authorization

Do not return any artwork without first contacting us and receiving return authorization.

Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to the sender at the sender's expense.

5. Return Shipping

If a return is approved due to our error or shipping damage, we will provide instructions regarding the return shipment.

If the return is approved for any other eligible reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Original paintings in undamaged condition

• Artwork purchased during clearance or special promotions (unless damaged or incorrect)

• Gift cards

• Digital products or downloadable content (if offered)

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, cancellation cannot be guaranteed once order processing has begun.

8. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers

• Customs inspections

• Severe weather

• Natural disasters

• Holidays

• Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Shipping delays do not qualify for a refund.

9. International Orders

Customers outside the United States are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country's customs authorities.

These fees are not refundable by Ovono Agency.

If an international shipment is refused by the customer or returned due to unpaid customs fees, the original shipping charges and any return shipping costs may be deducted from any eligible refund.
