From Talent Management to Film Production: A Journey of Vision and Precision

In the constantly evolving world of cinema, the line between creativity and business grows thinner by the day. Few individuals embody this duality with as much conviction and impact as Thanasis Psilopoulos. Manager, Executive Producer, and industry innovator, Psilopoulos has emerged as one of the most influential new figures in international film production and talent management. His story is not simply one of career evolution; it is the story of how vision, discipline, and instinct converge to create opportunities on a global stage.

Thanasis’s relationship with film began long before his professional career. Surrounded by cinema culture from a young age, he grew up immersed in the magic of storytelling and screen narratives. Soon after, he took on the role of casting director, where he refined his eye for talent and deepened his relationships with actors and creative professionals. By 2023, these experiences culminated in a significant leap: he became a worldwide talent agent, trusted to represent not only actors but a wide spectrum of creatives, including writers, directors, cinematographers, and composers.

Executive Producer with a Global Outlook

One of his most recent ventures includes a political thriller being developed simultaneously as a feature film and a television series, an ambitious dual-format undertaking that reflects his commitment to stories with global relevance.
His method of project selection is guided by one core principle: everything begins and ends with the script. For Thanasis, no matter how grand the production or how ambitious the vision, the strength of the narrative determines the project’s potential.
